As a Broker, Beverly Barshop has been with RFM Commercial since 2003. With more than 23 years of commercial real estate experience, Beverly has leased over 437,000 square feet of retail space and sold or ground leased over 47 acres of land for commercial development for total consideration in excess of $60M.
She has exclusively represented over 50 specialty retailers or buyers requiring expansion needs while developing strong professional relationships with area developers who frequently call upon her to work on projects requiring an emphasis on tenant mix.
Clients and/or transactions include retailers such as Talbots, Nine West, Gymboree, Janie & Jack, Claire’s, Half Price Books, Goodwill Industries, Woodhouse Spa, NTB and Costco. Developments include Huebner Oaks, The Quarry Market, Plaza del Norte, Woodlake Market, Olympia Hills Market, Village at Stone Oak and currently Huebner Commons, Alta Vista at Stone Oak and Verde Enterprise in Schertz.
Beverly is a 1984 graduate of The University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in Marketing. She is a member of ICSC and SABOR. Her community involvement includes having served on the boards of Any Baby Can, Library Foundation, Jewish Federation of SA and Goodwill Industries.
